“We are delighted to be opening Varney’s real estate head office in Manhattan and appointing Patrick Yannotta to join Jack Cowie IV and our ever-expanding New York team,” said Mike Varnet, executive vice president of Varney. “Patrick has extensive New York real estate experience and brings a unique perspective on commercial property to the business. Jack Cowie IV has exceptional commercial real estate credentials, and together they make a powerful combination that we believe will shake up the New York real estate insurance market and grow Varney’s footprint.”
