Kinetic Insurance Names Jose Cruz Regional VP of Business Development

Kinetic Insurance, a New York-based maker of a smart wearable device and software platform designed to reduce workplace injuries, has named Jose Cruz Regional Vice President of Business Development. He will be responsible for leading business development and broker distribution in California, Arizona and Nevada.
Cruz arrives as an industry veteran with more than 15 years of commercial insurance experience in company growth endeavors, point of sale activities, and revenue generation strategies, according to Kinetic.

A Kinetic statement characterizes Cruz’s mission as collaborating with agents and brokers to present the benefits of Kinetic’s wearable technology and working hand-in-hand with all company departments to optimize Kinetic’s total brand offerings.
Strong and Established Trading Partner Relationships
Prior to joining Kinetic, Cruz served as a business development executive with multiple commercial insurance carriers and brokers in the West, including WCF Insurance, Pacific Compensation Insurance Company, Willis, and Atlas General Insurance Services.
