Constellation Affiliated Partners snaps up two firms
New York-based insurance consolidator platform Constellation Affiliated Partners has announced the acquisition of Trinity Transportations Services and Global Claims Service. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
“The acquisition of Trinity and Global has given Constellation the opportunity to partner with a leading MGA in the towing and recovery insurance marketplace,” said Constellation CEO Bill Goldstein. “The Trinity team brings a wealth of industry knowledge, as well as a proven track record of success in the niche towing and recovery space. Trinity’s product offerings and underwriting principals complement our already diverse transportation portfolio, giving our agents expanded access to the transportation insurance products they need.”
The acquisition of Global Claims Service will provide increased claims capacity for the network of companies under the Constellation umbrella, said the company.
